Can there be a life free from planning?
Can there be a life, for a human being in the world,
That demands absolute freedom from any form of planning?
I assume you’d say: “I don’t know”, “never tried that”,
“Never thought it’s even relevant”.
So you look deeper, into the nature of planning;
There is a space, infinite possibilities,
And there’s the need, the habit,
To mark this place, with tentative targets, of place in time.
And now that space “isn’t intimidating”.
Because virtually you marked your path.
And at some point, soon enough, the very marking,
With points, of that space,
Becomes your assurance, of relevance in the world.
Can you live a life,
Without any sense of relevance to anything?
A plan is made by imagination.
And imagination is only possible as long,
As there is an image.
The image, is that which-
Never feels comfortable with the space,
With this uncertainty that is so pure.
If you live by the image,
And you worship your life by planing,
You can never be free.
Can you live without planning?
