Do we seek understanding of the mind?
Or total understanding that is timeless?
Do we seek to hold conclusions,
From which we can produce arguments, opinions, explanations?
Or do we seek not to hold anything,
Embrace the vastness of infinite possibilities?
Why understanding of the mind,
Became so important?
Why, without it, we feel lost?
Is it because we forgot to,
Be loyal to what our heart is seeking?
Is this simple urge towards -
Unconditional happiness,
Became so far,
That we compromised on the
“knowledge” of happiness
Or the “conditions” for happiness?
One thing is obvious:
The only happiness that is unconditional,
that is infinite, that is real,
Is the happiness which is not of the mind.
It is not triggered by events,
It has nothing to do with preferences,
or experiences.
Happiness that is not of the mind
