You may want to question yourself;
Is suffering real?
It may be real.
It may be illusive.
You may want to explore into the nature of suffering,
By yourself, for yourself.
We all have suffering.
But do we look deep into the nature of it?
And can we see what is real and what is imagined?
In a dream, we can suffer because of certain events, that take place purely in the imagination.
Same in reality,
We can hear something, misunderstand the meaning,
And suffering is there.
Where the facts are different.
So, what generates suffering?
Could it be that suffering is confusion, and miss interpretation of life?
Is there suffering in life, when you don’t interpret anything?
When you meet things as they are?
If you are a tree in a forest,
And the fire comes and burns you out,
And just a little of the forest stays alive, while all the rest turns to ashes,
What are you now?
Are you a burned tree?
Or are you a new form of existence, within the infinite existence?
Why do we hold on to the way we see things?
Why do we lack this quality of openness, that reacts to changes without resistance?
And is it related to the source of suffering?
Ask yourself.
Find out.
