Hello,Amihai!

I have several questions:

1 How am I to "prove" myself that the only real thing is now? is there any evidence of future or past nonexistentce?

2 It is true that I have find myself in no problem state right "now", but in 5 min time I have some problem to solve..and I have also found myself living in the future even if it's 1 min from actuality..I think that's what our "heads" for..is it not?

3 When I look for future in the present moment I can't find it..but interesting thing is future is there when present is not.. how it works?

Hello.

You asked certain questions, now.

The answer is given to you, now.

The relevancy of your questioning is only now (the "future you" may or may not find them relevant at all)

And so on...

When you hear the word "Now" you imagine a moment in sequential time.

The Now is not at all that.

No word can penetrate the realm of Now.

Same as no word can penetrate the realm of God or eternity.

So instead of dealing with speculation/hypothesis and so on, I advise you to meet the fact of now - which is very clear -

You don't know!

Stay with it for a while, let it clear itself to you (the sense of not knowing)

From not knowing, all questions can be asked, but what makes them fundamentally different is that they have zero demand for a verbal answer.

Only what you see (when you ask) matters.

Start with what you see now -

"I don't know"

And never let the thought of giving up (on this inquiry) make roots in you.

That sudden “happiness”. Comes from nowhere yet one struggles by wanting to keep it. And perhaps shortens it by worrying that it’ll leave

Ask yourself, based on your direct perception, incomplete as it may be:

"what, to you, is more real, the noise of wanting, or the invisible beauty of a happy heart, within yourself, unwritten and untold"
